We came here by chance after watching The Phantom of the Opera. It was the only place that we didn't have to wait in line & with the ticket stubs, we got a 25% discount on the entire bill! Totally worth it!
Appetizers were tasty. We had the octopus (okay, not great), french fries (super yummy with an aioli dipping sauce) & prosciutto and melon (there's no way to mess this up :-p).
The entrees were better than the appetizers. The linguine & spicy lobster was the best of what we ordered. Homemade pasta that was cooked perfectly. I had the cioppino that was very nice, light and brothy, not too salty or too much tomato. The halibut was a pretty big portion and pretty good (I didn't try it). The only iffy entree was the calzone. It was big but it wasn't anything special and was, apparently, barely warm in the middle, none the less, the guy finished it :-p.
I would definitely recommend the pasta & check the playbill at the Phantom for the discount. We saved over $30.
