Buyers beware! Recommend purchasing in the store if possible because the phone ordering experience has been terrible!
I elected to order a pair of running shoes in a color they did not carry in the store. My order arrived 5 business days later in the wrong size. (I was told in the store it would most likely come in 3 days). I was disappointed not only about the incorrect shipment but the fact that their online site showed the item was then out of stock. My husband called the following day and was assured that we would receive the shoes in the correct size in 2 business days. On the third business day following, the shoes had still not arrived. When we called to check the status of the order we were told that it was canceled due to being out of stock. This was done without email or phone notification to either of us. On the third go, we worked with supervisor Tom B., who was nice enough to give us a discount on a different pair of shoes at that point. We placed that order on 10/29 and were again told that delivery would occur within 1-2 business days. We just received an email that the shoes were shipped, when they should have arrived yesterday!
I don't know if the ordering snafu we experienced is the norm for them but I do know that Roadrunner needs to partner with a faster shipping service than the USPS!
