  • AVOID THIS COMPANY. These photos are of an approximately two and a half year old mattress that is supposed to have a 10 year warranty. The padding has greatly shifted and has caused a huge hump. Granted Best Mattress did not make the mattress (at least not to my knowledge). However, according to Simmons, the manufacturer, they are responsible for administering the warranty. When this problem occurred, it took about a week for Best Mattress to get someone out to inspect our mattress. It has now been nearly two weeks since that inspection and we have not received any word as to whether any credit or substitution for a new mattress will be provided. Meanwhile, I do not have use of my bed. When you call Best Mattress, either at the store or their "warranty" department, all they can say is that they have no information and I should be receiving a letter soon. I like to do business with people and companies that stand behind their products, are straight forward and do not give you the run around. Best Mattress has shown me they do not stand behind their products and will make it as difficult as possible if something goes wrong with one of their products. When in the market for a mattress, I recommend you shop elsewhere as their are plenty of other options to chose from.
