  • My water heater busted, which ended up flooding my whole downstairs along with my neighbors. (We were in condos). The clean up crew for Coit that did the restoration was great, but after that process, it went downhill. The person responsible for making arrangements for the repairs (Laura) was very uncooperative and unresponsive to calls/emails. Coit subcontracts the work out to other companies, which were also undependable, slow, and just did a horrible job. Coit does a great job at cleaning carpets, that's about it. If you have a restoration job, I suggest you go somewhere else as this was a complete nightmare.
