My family of four were first time patrons last night since we were unable to get a reservation at Kamakura. Serendipity proved to be a great opportunity in this case. We dined at the Hibachi grill...everyone enjoyed the soup, salad with ginger dreassing, as well as the calamari, sirloin, scallops, prime rib, and chicken we had as our respective main courses. Our Hibachi chef was fantastic! Think of Oishi as a modern day Benihana. I thought the prices nery very reasonable. My only suggestion for management would be to do more frequent rounds on both the exterior and interior... There was trash strewn at the main entry to the restaurant and cleaning of the interior detail cleaning needs to be more thorough.
