  • I don't usually rate or leave comments about restaurants but this is the last time I will ever be eating at this McDonald's! When I walk into a McDonald's I do not expect 5 star hospitality or quality of food but I do expect that as a customer I will be treated as a human and with respect. I was one, surprised how horrible the service was during my visit on Sunday night. The employee at the counter seemed like she cared more about whatever was on her phone and what was under the front counter than what I wanted to order. Also she seemed like she didn't care about personal hygiene or the health of your customers through running her bare hand through her hair multiple times. While I was searching for the cashiers name because of a lack of name tags on anyone I asked her for her name and was completely ignored. Two, when I got back to my truck I was even more saddened to find my fries were very burnt and dead. Along with the Big Mac came on a bun that is so stale I could play hockey with it. In stark contrast the last McDonald's I visited was above and beyond my expectations and was waiting with bated breath for this visit. Sadly I will never recommend this location to anyone and will never be returning here again.
