  • My husband and our two kids went to Arizona for Spring Break and decided to book a Float Balloon tour. When we got the call the day before that the weather wasn't going to work out for us, we were disappointed, but appreciated the fact that Float was looking out for our safety. We had a pretty busy schedule for the following day, but that night I got a call from Matt, the owner of Float, to see what he could do to help make this work for us. Matt and his crew went out of their way to accommodate us and help make this work for our family. Everything was perfect, from the coffee/hot cocoa and cookies beforehand, to the friendliness and personality of the crew, to the balloon ride itself which was incredibly smooth and breathtaking! The champagne brunch in the middle of the desert afterward was just perfect - one of the coolest things we've ever done. Matt and Olivia have really created a true "experience of a lifetime" and we are so glad we got the chance to have it when we were in Arizona!
