  • My wife and daughter attended Mountain Dental Group because of its great reviews from other yelpers. Unfortunately I couldn't be more disappointed and disgusted in the lack of communication that was provided to them on the services being done, the reasoning for why they are being done,and more importantly that it would cost extra. They took X rays for wife and 2D images which they did not inform her would cost extra and that our insurance didn't even cover it. It just wasn't one 2D image it was four at $40 each. They did the exact same thing for my daughter. They were also charged $90 for hygiene education....... c'mon really. The bill ended up close to $400. If you have the time to educate in hygiene care and charge $90. Feel free to charge me an extra $90 to educate me on the services you are providing, the cost, and that my insurance doesn't cover it!!!!
