| - i got married at the wynn..and the best part was my wedding consultant Ann Marie..she is the best!!
As for the rest of the hotel..i say go somewhere else to have your reception and stay somewhere else..the customer service is very poor..after paying for the room and the wedding, the photo's and the dinner at there top resturant..we spent about $25 grand and the staff at hotel treated my guess, my family and us very rudely.
My day started off with....As i was getting ready..i had a hair stylist and make up artist helping me get ready in my room..the maid knock on the door and told me that i had to leave so she could clean the room..I inform her that, i was getting ready for my wedding and could she please come back later...which she never did, so after my ceremony we return to a dirty room..no clean towels..not a way start a honeymoon..
The ceremony was so beautiful..because it was about me and my husband..and Ann Marie made it all worth it...so i try to forgot the maid and said it was just her..my grown was steam and looking absolutely beautiful waiting for me in the wedding Salon.
On our way to the Bartolatta, where we had a dinner for my forty guess..my groom got stop my the hotel security..i guess it look strange to have a black man in a Amani Tuxedo walking though their hotel...we saw it as racial profiling..
Later at the dinner, the hotel had her nose up in the air..not very nice..she began opening bottles of wine without asking the guess first, all bottle of open wine is added to our bill, whether you drank it or not!..a bug clawed across the table during dinner. My sister offered her Black American Express to pay the bar bill and they treated as her as if she must have stold the card..
As my mother in law, who disable was leaving, she requested a taxie and the valet in form her that she needs to walk to the other side of the casino...a long walk for a disable person..
i wrote a letter to the CEO...let just say he ask me what do i want...
how about better customer service, a apology, a gift certificate, a gift basket, a set of robes, a comp night...
The hotel may look good, customer service is what makes a great hotel..so the next morning, we checkout early and limo to another hotel..ended up at the Hard Rock and stayed at the suit and truly had the best time there..
