| - This is the gym I've been looking for since I moved to Phoenix. It's close to my house, has a friendly local vibe, great place to meet fitness friends from my neighborhood. I go to morning bootcamp M/W/F. It's not testosterone-induced insanity like Crossfit can be, yet it's still a high-intensity interval workout that anyone can find challenging, regardless of fitness level. Modifications are endless for the exercises, and you can push yourself harder to up the intensity. I leave feeling worked OUT, but I'm also building friendships here. Lots of younger professional women in the bootcamp classes at least.
The aerial class is SO FUN--stretching like you've never had before, and the instructor Ashley really knows her stuff. She's tatted up and badass.
Pros: signup online is convenient, and you can purchasing packages of classes, or monthly unlimited, smaller class sizes means more attention from the instructor. Ask them about their package deals.
Cons: morning bootcamp class size is a little lean, but hopefully it grows!
