  • I've been here a couple times and last night was disappointing to me. When me and my girlfriend arrived, we were greeted by our server (I don't remember her name) she was nice enough except after we told her we needed a minute to look at the menu for AYCE she disappeared, another guy working there noticed us and asked if we were being helped, I said we were but I did not know where our server went (she had been gone for some time, I even asked my girlfriend to make sure I wasn't over reacting and she agreed). He took our orders and after a few moments later our original server had made a reappearance to ask if we were ready to order, I informed her we already did with someone else. After a little while our food starting being delivered but I had also ordered a bottle of sake which never got delivered until I asked for it a 2nd time. At this point and my girlfriend and I were eating and the chef kept handing us our orders directly, he was being somewhat rude about it saying in a annoyed tone "hello?? here you go". I WAS EATING!! Can you imagine how annoying it is to be in the middle of eating and some guy is giving you an attitude cause your not grabbing your food fast enough from him??Me and my girlfriend were sitting at the bar area in front of the chefs so I know I'm rite there but that doesn't mean I should be serving myself (if you sat at the bar at a P.T's they wouldn't expect you to pour your own beer or make your own shots). If my girlfriend wasn't with me I probably would have said some choice words about there service rite then and there but I didn't want to make a scene so I kept my mouth shut. At this point I was a bit annoyed but I wanted to have a good night so I tried to let it go, then the chef with an attitude starts handing me stuff I didn't even order! Like what dude you expect me to go run it to the table?? Their Sushi is great but their service is lacking, think I'll be going to another Sushi place from now on.
