  • My boyfriend ordered flowers for Valentine's Day to be delivered to me. I didn't get the flowers but they charged him. The phone number is automated only so he left several messages and a couple of emails. But no one returned his call and at 5pm I finally decided to contact them up on Facebook. All they would say is " Check your email", no apology, no offer to refund money and I even asked them go ahead and send me the flowers on Monday the 17th. Still no flowers! Lol... they have the worst customer service. They are a scam and we will never use them or recommend them to anyone!!! My bf had to dispute the charge with the bank. Do not order from this company.
