  • I know this is a business, but they really go out of their way to make sure the families receive everything they need when having to deal with the tragedy of a loss. They worked with us to ensure everything went the way we wanted for my wife's service a week and half ago. Yes they charge for services but they made sure all our requests were met from fixing the flowers at the service when the florist delivered dead flowers (nice sense of humor florist), to making sure the music was right up through the reception and explaining everything to me after and they continue to provide support which is awesome. They show a lot of companion to help the families get through as best they can. It's sad to deal with but they bring a little comfort to know they are there for you and they try their hardest for you and your loved one. I thank each employee at Palm for your support of me during this very hard time I am going through. It's good to feel like you have a friend on your side. THANK YOU....
