  • Do not waste your time or money. I had bought a groupon for laser hair removal, in the beginning everything was great. I had an amazing girl Amy Sanchez who explained everything to me in detail throughout my treatments. Each and every time she would turn up the intensity of the laser for better results. About halfway through my treatments the others girls had notified me that Amy no longer worked there. It was no big deal at first but I noticed that the other girls seemed less professional. I even went in there for my regular appointment at 10:00 a.m. I was told to have a seat 10 minutes....20 minutes later, I could hear the receptionist on the phone with her tech asking when she was going to arrive at work. She was running late. 30 minutes late?! How INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! All the receptionist could say was can we reschedule? I should have spoken to a manager and should have been compensated for my time and money WASTED. I was so irritated at that point I just wanted to leave. Thank God I am done with my treatments and never have to return.
