I was alright with being a little overweight, but my larger size clothes started getting tight. My husband wanted to lose weight and thought of Red Mountain, I originally thought I would go to support him and also eat healthier, but not actually join. When reviewing the plan, I decided to join, but since it wasn't my idea originally and I planned on just being support, I really thought I would simply lose the 5 pounds needed to be comfortable in ny clothes again. The recipes were good and the plan was easy to stick with especially since my husband was doing it as well. I now lost 25 pounds and maintaining.
