  • Vikki This is what your office said previously when contacted via phone, complaints AND through the BBB you do not handle these matters; it must be handled by the local office where the home is located. All during this time my relative was speaking to the manager and still was being jerked around. As previously stated as well they were contacted via email, phone, in person, complaints AND the BBB. Then since the last post the relative was being charged for water again that was already paid up to September 29 and once again showing that their rent was short; a list of repairs was sent again that were never completed since they lived in the property for about a year it has yet to be responded to and/or repaired. So now the relative have decided not to renew the lease due to this fiasco and lack of accountability. We will make sure that we will join with others pertaining to CAH. As it shows with a few others it has been only about a year and so many problems has been occuring with no resolution. They are going to hold their breaths to see what happens they requested a walk-thru and awaiting a response. And can't wait to see what deductions they try to deduct due to the fact that so much has fallen apart in the property-during the short time-will they blame the renter or finally take accountability. They will be joining George H and others for the online AZ Real Estate Board complaints. I guess also we shall begin to list the property addresses sot that those with the inability to fight CAH can know ahead of time that if they rent this property they will be in a fight from the beginning. They too received the borderplate alleged show of concern response from Resident Relations.
