  • Worst customer service in the history of the world. It is against Yelp guidlines to post racist rants, but it is also against their policy to call out a business for being racist. So i won't. Their prices are ridiculous, hidden fees and charges. Poor quality of flowers. Its a discount shop pretending to be a nice flower shop. They put wilted roses mixed in a bundle of nice roses. Their arrangements are substandard. They won't even make an order until after you've paid a nonrefundable fee. So you are stuck with a unpretty pile of weeds. So if you want to overpay for garbage please go to Flowerrama on south Decatur. Otherwise steer clear.
