| - I give them ZERO stars! I've been fighting this low life towing company since February when they towed my car inside my gated apartment community. My car was not illegally parked or causing harm to anyone. My car is in perfect working order and is not an eye sore. Only problem, my registration expired, but because I had emergency open heart surgery and was on a 3-6 month recovery, and supposedly not to have any stress, I wasn't able to take care of registration as I was confined to my bed.
But, found out the towing company illegally tagged my car. They only showed the date they tagged it, and I found out from the police department that they must also have the time of day on the tag, as well as noting WHEN they were to tow my car. They did no such thing. When I called to get my car back, they said only the management office at my apartment complex can release it as they were the one's that authorized the towing. And they said they were following the rules of my lease which supposedly says they are allowed to tow vehicles that have expired registration. Well, in viewing my lease, IT SAYS NOTHING about towing or expired registration! Of course, I couldn't get in touch with the manager until beginning of June, and had to take her to Mediation just to get answers. She finally calls the towing company to get my car released (which she should have done in February), but its now too late as they auctioned off my car! Kelley Blue Book says my car is worth $3200. Shouldn't either the towing company or the management office have to pay for this?! Jeez, now I have to take this to small claims court. Couldn't be more stressful!
For all the viewers that have posted negative words, we should find a way to get together and stop this company from ripping off everyone, and get repaid what we've lost from them. Dirty crooks! See you in court!!
