I'm almost speechless. This company is awful! Their service is awful & your chances of getting a courteous and helpful representative are slim to none. IF they happen to be polite, they haven't the slightest idea how to assist you. Our phone/fax services are continually down or not working as they should be. They regularly say, "you have a dial tone, there shouldn't be an issue." No? But there is. For the past 2 days we have been trying to get this most recent issue handled & still have no resolution. Service Rep Richard, sounded as though his phone receiver was in a paper bag, crackles & noise so that he "didn't hear" what you're saying when trying to explain the problem. Ok, speaking more clearly I repeat my name & ask his again because as he hadn't identified himself. He tells me his name then condescendingly repeats Cox Business very slowly. Ignoring his ignorance, I try to outline the issue we are still having. He sat there for a second then simply hung up. No wonder they have one star.
