  • Had an appointment at 9am for an oil change. I got there 20 minutes early hoping to get an early start. 3+ hours later still not done. I was told three times by the rep it's almost done and it's getting washed. When I finally got it, first they put the wrong brand of oil in it instead of Mobile Synthetic they used Castrol in it and car wasn't washed. Like others said before me, it's only for show. Never again!!!
