  • I have been taking my for dogs here for several years. The last time I did though a groomer named "Kayla" hurt one of my dogs badly. She cut one back paw between the toes and cut one of his front pads in half. It was cut all the way through! She did not tell me when I picked them up. She had applied something to stop the bleeding. By the time I got home my dog was bleeding again. I checked his paws and saw what had happened. Called the groomer and she said there was a cut nail. She lied out right. I then confronted her and she admitted to cutting the feet themselves. Told me to do his paws in flour. Well the cut was way to deep for that. I had to take him to the vet to get stitches. He had two paws wrapped up for 2 weeks. And he almost had to have surgery on the one. This was horrible. Hurt my dog. Covered it up then lied about it. I thought maybe the groomer would be let go, but no. She is still there. The owner did pay for the vet bill. I'd be very careful who clipped my dog there for sure! They do have other groomers that are good. Just not Kayla.
