  • We normally love Lowes, but after several issues now at this store, we are not happy. We ordered "in stock" cabinets to be delivered to our home. We were told it would be 3 to 5 days at time of placing order. We did not receive the cabinets until a month later, and these were supposed to be the stock cabinets they carry in store. We had to call and go down to the store multiple times to get answers and got one ridiculous excuse after another. Then we tried to order a simple formica countertop, which then took several weeks as well. They weren't even apologetic. They are also often out of stock on many other items. We tried to be as patient and understanding as possible, but the way these things were handled left us feeling like we were not valued or respected. The only shining moment in it all was that the guys who finally ended up delivering the cabinets were great. Very careful and quick. We will visit a different Lowes in the future.
