  • This restaurant is located in the Encore hotel. The scenery changes every 20 minutes or so and provides an entertaining conversation piece. The service is efficient. Portions are decent sized. We enjoyed the shrimp cocktail (3 cold, firm shrimp). No visit to a steak-centric restaurant would be complete without a wedge salad and Switch's was very good. Steak isn't the only thing on the menu (the risotto was very good). I enjoyed the steak I ordered. The sauteed spinach side dish was among the best examples of that dish that I've had. The wine list is extensive (as one would expect in a steakhouse).
