  • I really go back and forth with love and hate for Pacos. I think the food is really good. The service can be awful. For example, one time the waiter dropped a whole tray of waters on my one year old son and other than bringing some napkins over, did nothing. A manager never came by. He didn't even comp my sons kid meal. He was soaking wet and we had to leave. Another time the waiter forgot to put the kids meals and anyone with kids can guess what ensued when it took 15 minutes after our adult food arrived for the 1, 3, and 5 year old to get theirs.... again nothing whatsoever was done. We get mad, wait a few months, go back, repeat....
