  • my friend took me here for dinner touting it as the best bistro in vegas. and Bouchon didn't disappoint. wow. the oyster/mussles/lobster platter was fantastic (just get the half platter as an appetizer, the full would be pushing it). the duck was INCREDIBLE. As was my friend's lamb. We came back the next night for the steak.
