  • Worst experience ever. Went in yesterday with a new iphone where all my call were coming through as caller unknown. Made an appointment and they said it was because my new phone was not finished backing up from the old. The girl connected it to itunes and erased all my picture from 2013 and told me to come back in two days. So frustrated.
