| - When we got here, the night clerk was nice and very friendly. The room had been recently painted with relatively new carpeting so it looks like they are remodeling. The morning clerk was snippy when I asked if the orange topped coffee pots were decaf.
Internet kicked us off every 12 hours or less, so it's a pain-constantly having to sign back on through a complicated process that doesn't always work.
Breakfast was 90% carbs. Waffles from a mix, which they ran out of a few mornings, bread and bagel for toast, Instant oatmeal, cold cereal (ran out of milk every morning-no one from the hotel was checking on supplies), bananas, Activia yogurt, some mini rolls that were hard, no decaf coffee. The garbage can in the eating area was absolutely disgusting-the lid was broken and had dried yogurt, or something, caked on it.
The cleaning crew were really nice, did a great job; I was impressed with their cleaning.
All in all, not worth the $104 a night that we paid. A $70 room at best.
Also, no elevator. We had to schlepp our bags up to the second floor. Not fun.
