  • One star is one too many. Sam showed up over 1 hour after calling. He arrived with half the specialized equipment he needed to do the job. He wanted to use chains on the front of my classic car! Sam, bring the correct soft straps your supposed to bring, it was part of the order. 777 said he was one of the best drivers...no he's not. He was rude and not equipped to do the job right. I wouldn't let him touch my car and sent him away! Another service showed up right away, soft straps, and experienced! Get rid of Sam before he chases the rest of your customers away!
