  • Had to do another update... I've had so many issues with this company. I've had scheduling conflicts; the maids showing up too late or too early. One time they broke a vase and we weren't compensated for it, even taking a few dollars off the bill. Almost every single time they've come, they've asked to use some of my cleaning equipment or supplies. I had 2 different crews use the "my vacuum broke" excuse. I am a nurse and I don't go to work without a stethoscope. They shouldn't come to workout their supplies. Unacceptable. The cleaning has sometimes been very impressive, and other times just mediocre. The only totally good thing about this service is the price but it's just not worth the savings when they are unreliable and unprofessional.
