  • I love this company! I've tried a few and this is by far the best! Staying healthy on the go is so difficult, so meal prep delivery saves me so much time, stress, and calories and keeps my health and fitness journey so much easier. This place has the tastiest food I've come across and the owner is such a sweetheart and very much cares about her customers. She makes any effort she can in keeping you happy and making things fit your lifestyle and diet. I had to pause bc of traveling but now that I'm back... I'm right back and the menu always has delicious options. My trainer wanted the nutritional breakdown, so I asked and sure enough, Ericka (owner) was right on top of it and lmk it's available:) I won't be going anywhere... they help keep me on track in my busy life along w keeping my tastebuds and trainer happy as well!
