  • I'm not even sure why I'm writing a review. They don't give a damn. You can tell just talking to them. I scheduled the first avail appt for reconnection for Mon. BC I work Mon-Fri, 8-5 I chose the best out of the two poor choices to "schedule."I was told that I would get a call 30 mins before the tech went to my house and that he would not leave a voicemail the 1st time but that he would call again and leave a msg the 2nd. When I received a call from an unknown number about 9AM. I was on the phone with a patient and when I got off, I called the number back.There was no answer but I believed that IF it was the technician calling, he would call back and I could answer then. But by 11 am no one had called again so I assumed it was not the tech but I wanted to be sure. I called the customer service line and she stated that it WAS the tech and that I would have to r/s for Thru because if you miss the 1st call, you have 30 mins to meet him??? A.That's not what I was told. B.I'm supposed to guess which calls are from him and just leave work? This is nonsensical and if their ppl have no idea what the process is, how can we?? SO thurs finally comes after a week of sleeping with the oven on to stay warm. I had given them my direct extension at work so I would get the call for sure. He tells me he's coming in 30 mins so I rush out of work telling my boss, I'll be right back. So I'm waiting after an hour I call customer service and she's completely condescending: "so you want me to check and see if he's coming even though you already spoke to him??" Well yes, he's not here is he?? Lo and behold, I am informed that he was called away on an emergency and I would get another call 30 mins before he comes!! So I'm supposed to go back to work and hope I don't get pulled out of work again?? So I then changed my contact number to my cell incase it comes after 5 when I get off. But it never does. By 6:40 I call customer service AGAIN to see how late they make stops. But she tells me he already came and no one was there. Yet I have no missed calls, nothing on my door and I have to reschedule AGAIN. I hate this company with a passion. I've literally been brought to tears of frustration more than once talking to them. The worst! I can't say it enough.
