  • One of the Attorneys agreed to take my Personal Injury Case on 1/21/14. I called the Attorney's Assistant to inquire, if all of the Medical Records needed were sent to the Law Firm. I had concerns, as one of my Doctors was retiring out of Nevada at the end of June. After several calls during the months of February thru May 2014 I finally reached a different Assistant to the Attorney. The first lady had left on maternity leave sometime in Spring with no communication to me. In early June 2014, I was called by the Attorney that the Liability was denied by the Company, where my injury occurred. The Attorney stated that we could either drop the Case or proceed with a Lawsuit. After discussion, we decided to proceed. I called the Attorney on 8/19/14 and left a message to please return my call to discuss progress on my case. After receiving no call back from the Attorney, I again called on 8/27/14, and left the same message. That afternoon the Attorney called me and stated that he was leaving the Firm to start his own practice. He stated that after consulting with another Attorney in the Firm, it was decided that my Case would not be pursued by their Firm. I immediately called the Firm , and I left a message for Mr. Baker to please call me to discuss my confusion regarding the dropping of my Case. As of 9/2/14, still no call back AGAIN from this Law Firm. When I received the letter from the Attorney explaining what just was decided, they even had the RE: of the Letter incorrect. It stated: "RE: Your Automobile Accident of January 19, 2014"? This Law Office is slow , IF AT ALL, to respond to inquiries and questions regarding the Clients Case. Their Communication Skills and Professionalism are poor at best. No faith in this Law Firm!!!
