  • This place is a hole in the wall. Although the selection is all right, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Carl the (so called) manager is crass, unprofessional, and rude to most customers. I have seen this on several occasions while in the store. He does not like people nor himself. Perhaps he would be better suited at a desk job! If I choose to do my shopping for music or DVD's I will go to BuyBacks where the customer is treated with respect.
