I initially felt like my experience was pretty good. I bought a used F150 from Airpark. What was terrible was they treated me like I didn't understand economics. Instead of listening, they just ran with their agenda. I can deal with that, but here's the bad part. A week after buying the truck, it wouldn't start. When I called the service center, the rep had the nerve to tell me to take it to the Ford dealership and get it fixed. I explained I was within my 15 days and they were obligated to provide me with a working vehicle. Worst service experience ever. When I called my sales rep (who said "if you need anything, just call me"), he was no help and was glad to have me go away. I ended up taking my truck to the ford dealership and they were great to me. It cost me $1000 to get my truck right, but worth it to avoid the chumps down at Airpark.
