  • The WORST lab I have ever gone to. The staff bickers a lot, they are not managed well if there's even anybody in charge there. They yell at each other and get confused with who draws blood and who takes reception. Everyone is acting so rushed you'd feel anxious getting your blood drawn with that much commotion going on. They are not professional at all, either the company trains them or replaces these bunch of old people with younger, more professional employees. Also hire a receptionist so your techs don't do all the work from answering calls to taking patient registrations and taking specimens!
