  • Very nice, well maintained apartment complex. I had pleasant time living here for 1.5 years. Pros: 1.Maintenance: the maintenance guy is doing an exceptional job(quick, responsive, professional). 2.Transparency: No hidden fees on lease. I got my cleaning fee waived through the ePremium insurance they requested to purchase. 3.Residential environment: the complex is very clean. The buildings are newly built. 4.Office crews: Their office staffs are professional, responsive, respectful. Best in Tempe. 5.Location: Best area in Tempe. Surrounded by Walmart, Costco, and lots of restaurants. 6.Convenience: Everything online/on mobile app: Rent payment, service request, etc. Cons: 1.Parking: their parking spots are very small. Some people get their car dented. I ended up being fine because of nice neighbors who park next to me. They periodically blow dust, I got my car fully covered by dust several times after fresh car wash. If you are driving an expensive car, make sure to rent a garage. 2.Fee: Lease breaking fee is very high(I paid $1500+ while my monthly rent is only $1100+), so plan ahead. 3.Noise: The complex is generally very quiet. There are bedrooms of different units that are adjacent to each other. So, you can hear things that you can imagine. What's more, I was living on the east side of the complex and I often hear machine/truck noise from another side of the wall. Other than that, it's wooden floor, so walking noise is very noticeable from upper stairs.
