  • BE CAREFUL - their great service is a way to lure you in and start overcharging you. I went there for tires years ago. I asked if they could 'beat' the dealers regularly scheduled maintenance. They did. All was good until a few months ago. I needed brakes, they quoted $1,300! I was suspicious and called the dealer. $750! I asked Finn to fax me the estimate to make sure they were 'apples to apples' comparison. Faxed estimate from them now magically $250 lower. I asked why? "Oh - we added a warranty to the job." That's it. I am done there. I can't trust them. If you go there: Tires - FINE. Repairs - Only go there for a second opinion so they can beat the first estimate that you have, otherwise BEWARE.
