  • Hands down, literally the best ice cream in all of the Phoenix East Valley. They have a great selection of flavors, some more unique than others, but their staff is always accommodating when you'd like to sample. You can really taste the quality in their ice cream, which I love. My favorites are their almond butter crunch, lavender honey, earl grey and their green tea. What really sold me, was their waffle cones! Made fresh on site, and they aren't like your typical ice cream shop waffle cones. They're a lot more lighter and crisp. I visit so often and I wished they did punch cards.. Also love that Sweet Republic is carried at my local Whole Foods store, which is a bonus!
