  • My mom and I have been bringing our dogs here for quite a few years. One of our dogs has since passed but we have continued to bring our other dog here until now. We don't follow the "bring your dog in every two months for grooming" pitch. We usually bring our dog in once every 5 months or so BUT she always comes home looking like a dog.. until today! We have a maltipoo and her hair can grow long and become tangled but we have always taken her in with long and sometimes matted hair and haven't had any issues like this. I am not sure if Ruben is new but he is incredibly unprofessional. My dog currently looks like a naked mole rat and her whiskers are completely gone. Over the past year and a half the groomers at Barks and Bubbles have been inconsistent with our dogs trimming. I am not sure why they write down the number of blade to use or style of cut to give each dog because they don't refer to it. When I called to complain about my dog being completely shaved bald, Ruben proceeded to blame my mom for their MUTUAL misunderstanding and laughed at me. I will not take my dog back and it is unfortunate because I really did like this facility.
