  • Hi, I'm a Brit. This is not traditional fish & chips - we have our chips fatter and yellower than this, and we don't put maple syrup in our batter - but I don't care, this was amazing. It's a little heavy on the old "Rule Britannia" theming but, eh, I'll let it slide. Maple syrup in fish batter is my new craving.
