  • Took #4 from Peter Lougheed Hospital June 26 midday. This cab driver broke every rule in the book...speeding, following too close, sped through a yellow light then later went through a red light, answered a call on his cell phone, didn't take the route that I requested...I was SCARED. I called the office and was assured that the tapes would be reviewed (ie; my fear and anger and conversation with the driver) and addressed. I called today to follow up (July 6) and was informed that they only keep tapes for 72 hours...even if someone is murdered in the cab! This driver seems to hang out at the PLC...worst cab ride EVER and even worse customer care. NEVER AGAIN.
