  • I made an expensive purchase of 5 wheels and 5 tires from them recently. The specific wheels I wanted were out of stock and they recommended the same brand/style with slightly different specs. I went in with very precise specs and thus was concerned about whether it was the right choice for me. They assured me (verbally) that they'd replace them free of charge if I wasn't satisfied. Soon after, I took them up on that offer and they "made good" on their word. With ZERO complaints, they ordered the other wheels and swapped them out with no added expense or hassle for me.
