rev:text	Welll, after a long drive from Pasadena Ca to Phoenix Az we arrived a bit early ( 1 hr)and unfortunately we couldn't check in due to housekeeping (CLEANING) the rooms, not a problem..I needed a clean room and a bed to relax for a bit. We opted for the standard room, but was given the option to upgrade for $10.00 more, but since this was an overnight trip before hitting the road again heading to El Paso Tx there was no need. We were checked in finally, WOOHOO..Hubby unpacked the car we entered our room, it was meh, but overnight it was ok. We went out for a couple of hrs to see Phoenix, returned to the room to get some rest before heading out in the a.m. My Husband was ready to dive in the bed until he pulled the covers back and found FRESH BLOOD STAINED SHEETS!!!! I thought I was going to EXPLODE. We waited to check in FOR WHAT???? I went to the front desk with pictures of our finding , the Clerk began search for a STANDARD room, and I told her that is not an OPTION for me at this time, UPGRADE us!!!!! My hubby repacked the car to head towards our UPGRADED room..LOL...LOL..LOL, we entered the UPGRADED room the sheets were visibly clean, hardwood floors versus carpet, 8 light fixtures, which only 2 worked.. Of course by now I'm tired and excepted this UPGRADE. I went into the bathroom to find blood smeared on the wall, were both rooms a crime scene? I opened the microwave to find a t.v. dinner that looked as if it had been there since Thanksgiving, anyone thinking about staying at that location you've been warned..BEWARE...BEWARE....BEWARE...BEWARE..I can't make this up...This is not #fakenews...Highlight of the El Paso stay was the Hotel..Hyatt made everything better..
