  • Pros - friendly staff - comfy clean beds and pillows - spacious room - new carpet - Starbucks in the room - Food was unexpectedly good. - Free Wifi - Nice little Bistro with good food. Cons - Hotel is tired - needs a refresh big time, Sheraton. - left our room at 10h30 - NO " Do not disturb sign" - came back at 5 pm to be told we had MISSED the housekeeping window. Really??? How ridiculous. Completely ruined an otherwise fine stay. - Plug never worked in bath. One of those push in ones that would only stay out.
