  • Been to a Snooze establishment before and loved it so much that I thought I'd try out the Gilbert location. Absolutely terrible. We were seated pretty quickly as it was a slow weekday morning. However, our waitress completely neglected us (a party of two). The waitress' friends were seated next to us and were given all the service. Not to mention, the entire staff kept on making rounds to check on their friends... I'm guessing a previous employee here? Anyway. They got their drinks before we did and we were never checked on for refills. Such crap service which sucks because the food is so good. Also, if you don't get a booth, you get a small table that's pretty close distance to the next table over. Usually not a problem. However with all the staff constantly checking on their friend, we had butts in our faces for the duration of our time there. Lol not cool.
