  • UPDATE: Kandi contacted me and was able to get me into the salon today! The owner had also left me a voicemail and came over to meet me personally. He was sincere in his apology and promised he would make it up to me and be sure to work with the front desk staff to improve future booking procedures. I am very happy with my nails and had a great pedicure. Im even more happy I no longer need to find another salon! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ORIGINAL: This salon is beautiful inside and Kandi is an amazing technician making the drive worth it! Bonus they offer champagne/wine. However, the receptionists are SO frustrating. Every time I call there is an issue. My friend and I like to meet up to get our nails done to catch up and they make it out to be such an issue to sit next to each other. Ive never seen anything like it. During my last appointment, I had to pay for something completely different than requested. When I brought it up, they assured me it will be very pretty and this is how you do it. (wrong) Now today, I called because something came up where I couldnt get a pedicure any longer, only my nails. They told me I could no longer be fit in. I was confused since I booked the appointment through their app and was offered the same time before I even added the pedicure. I was simply giving them a heads up - maybe next time I wont say anything at all. I cancelled my appointment all together and will find a salon that has better values and hospitality. Perhaps Diamonds Nails will be more welcoming. Word of mouth hurts so I hope the new owners take this seriously. At the end of the day, no one is happy now... the tech/salon isnt getting paid and I dont have my nails done.
