  • Mr. Dunlap spent 45 minutes at my house diagnosing the problem with my gas cook top. He tweaked several things to enhance performance. Told me that one problem would be too expensive to fix- I appreciated that. Charge for the service call was less than half what I expected. Very professional, knowledgeable. Works on all appliances except LG and Samsung. Hard to find a good appliance repairman, and I think I finally found one.
