  • First, let me say that I can only rate the wax service at Chris Le. I came in here on a whim after seeing decent reviews because I was in need of a brow wax. The salon is nice and relaxed inside, but I couldn't believe the "waxing area" was the same as the shampooing area. I was not expecting to have my head hanging in the sink while the waxing technician stood over me and waxed my brows. I avoid getting brow waxes at nail salons and malls, but this experience didn't seem much different. Not to mention, the woman who waxed me seemed completely uninterested and somewhat irritated that she was asked to help me. The whole thing took five minutes and I now wish I didn't spend my money here.
