I bought a Whirlpool kitchen appliance set (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher) and when the refrigerator was delivered the ice maker did not work. Lowes was supposed to deliver the stove and a replacement refrigerator on Sunday but the delivery company didn't show up at the agreed upon time. When I called the delivery company, the service rep didn't know why I got stood up or what was the status of the delivery. I called Lowes and the appliance manager said the refrigerator and stove were at that Lowes and he didn't know why the delivery company didn't pick them up. Bottom line is they wasted my Sunday waiting for a non-existent delivery and now they will waste my Monday for the follow-up delivery. This is terrible customer service. I am so pissed.
