  • Robert Courts in Service provided us with exceptional and above and beyond service. When I looked up their phone number online, I saw that they had won the Top Fiat Dealership Award several years in a row. I thought to myself, let's see how this handle my problem. Our 500L was not accelerating from a stop and felt like the engine would die. I called and talked with Robert and he said he would arrange for a tow truck, but I thought that I could drive it in. I was able to get the car to the dealership and Robert said that he would have a diagnosis the next morning. He did call and said the car needed a new transmission that would be covered under the warranty, but that it would be at the dealership most of the week. Without me having to ask, he said that they would take care of a rental car for the time needed for the repair. This was most welcome and after a few days, he called and said the car would be ready that evening. We dropped the rental and picked up the car at the dealer and everything was very smooth. I would recommend Towbin Fiat for both buying your next Fiat and servicing it at this dealership. And I would have to agree that they earn their top Fiat Dealership Award.
